Currently, there are three programs under which one can apply. These include the Atlantic International Graduate Program, Atlantic High-skilled Program, and Atlantic Intermediate-skilled Program.
Both the employer and the applicant must meet certain requirements necessary by these programs. Once these requirements are met then the foreign worker can get permanent residency status in Canada.
The organization that is making the job offer must be in good standing and have been operating in the Atlantic region for at least two years, they also must collaboratively with settlement service providers who can help the foreign national to settle in Canada.
