If a Canadian province or territory nominates you to settle down in that location, then you will be eligible to immigrate to Canada as a Permanent Resident. To qualify for a nomination, you must have the skills, education, and work experience needed to settle in Canada and support yourself and your family.
The province or territory will assess whether you meet the economic or labour market needs in that location, and in Canada. If you meet all the requirements, you will be issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA). Using the ITA, you can apply for permanent residency, and once the application is approved, you can come to Canada as a Permanent Resident.
It is therefore a great way to immigrate to Canada if you meet the requirements. You can either apply through the Express Entry PNP stream or the non-Express Entry PNP stream.
Every province has their own conditions on giving out a Provincial Nominee Certificate. To find out about these conditions and requirements, get in touch with us. You can discuss your objectives with us, and we can assist in redirecting you to the right position.
